Objective:To deliver a complete dilapidations programme - works including total strip and re-roof with roof lights, floor repairs, blasting and finishing. Demolition of tenant installations, internal and external decorations, hard landscaping and tarmac of car park area

Objective:To re-furbish, enhance and create a "group" feel to the business park incorporating 11 businesses. Work incorporated re-roofing & insulation, all external decorations, asbestos removal and replacement panels (contractor design) plus internal refurbishment.
