Project:Sports Pavilion, Crick

 

Client:Crick Parish Council and Crick A.F.C.

 

Objective:A design and build contract to construct a multi-purpose sports pavilion for the Crick Athletic Football Club and function room for local community. Works include groundwork, all construction, mechanical and electrical designs and installation, interior fit out and landscaping

 

Critical Factors:Limited budget therefore expert project control and delivery to optimise funding from Football Foundation and local community grants.
